Is the quote free?

Yes. The quote is free and there is no obligation to go ahead.

How quickly will I get my quote?

Usually within one working day. If something needs checking first, such as how your current site is built, you will get a couple of questions instead of a guess.

Will you call me?

Only if you ask for a call. The phone number field is optional. Most quotes are sent by email, and you can reply on WhatsApp if that is easier.

What if I do not know what I need yet?

Choose “Not sure yet” and tell us what is going wrong or what you want to achieve. We will suggest the right starting point, which is sometimes a fix rather than a new website.

Do you work outside Hertfordshire?

Yes. FifteenFold is based in St Albans and works with businesses across Hertfordshire, London and the rest of the UK. Most projects run by video call and email.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and on one-off builds the website is yours once the final payment is made.
