When a redesign makes sense
Signs it is time.
- It is hard to use on a phone. Text is tiny, buttons are fiddly or the contact details are buried.
- Visitors arrive but do not get in touch. Usually a problem with the offer, proof or contact route, not the colour scheme.
- You are embarrassed to send people to it. If you apologise for your website, customers notice too.
- Nobody can update it. The developer has gone, the platform is outdated or every change costs money.
- Your services have changed. The site still describes the business you were five years ago.
Not every tired website needs replacing. If the foundations are sound, a targeted fix from £99 may do more for less. Read 7 checks before you rebuild.
How we redesign
Protect first, then improve.
- ReviewWe look at what brings in enquiries now, which pages rank and where people drop off.
- KeepPages, content and URLs that work are kept or carried over.
- RedesignA clearer, mobile-first layout around what your customers need to see before they call.
- Redirect and checkEvery old address points to the right new page, then we check Search Console after launch.
What changes
What a good redesign improves.
A clear first screen
What you do, where you work and how to get in touch, visible without scrolling.
Proof where it matters
Reviews, photos of real work and qualifications placed next to the contact button.
Faster pages
Lighter images and fewer plugins, so pages open quickly on a weak signal.
A page per service
So you can show up on Google for each thing you do, not just your business name.
Proof
A redesign built around bookings.
Herts Cupping
A recovery and Hijama clinic in St Albans. The site leads with what clients feel and how they book, puts the location in the first screen and keeps WhatsApp and booking next to every treatment.

Questions
Website redesign: common questions.
How much does a website redesign cost?
Redesigns are priced like new builds: up to five pages from £449, bigger websites from £795 and online shops from £1,495. If the review shows a fix is enough, fixes start from £99.
Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?
Done carelessly, it can. We keep the pages that rank, redirect every old address to the right new page and check Search Console after launch.
Can you keep my existing content?
Yes. We carry over content that works and rewrite the parts that do not, with your approval.
How long does a redesign take?
A redesign of up to five pages usually takes 1 to 2 weeks once content is agreed. Bigger sites are planned case by case.
Can you redesign a site on a different platform?
Yes. We can move you from Wix, Squarespace or an old custom system to WordPress or Shopify, with redirects set up.
Do I have to rebuild everything at once?
No. Sometimes the best route is to fix the homepage and contact journey first, then improve the rest in stages.
